Challenge:

• Client needed to create a B2B E-Commerce portal to allow the wholesale customers to select the warehouse of their choice, purchase using credit-based payment and manage orders online.
• Client required an ERP integration, order management, better visibility and reduction in overhead costs.

Approach:

• Apolis architected a solution with the Magento E- Commerce enterprise application for the subscription-based customers with ability to change the order information and pause/resume the subscriptions
• Added feature to update recommended product listings in the subscription order section based on the customer’s existing order.
• Leveraged the ERP application by seamless integrating using the API for updating the order details along with shipping and tracking information for the customers to view.

Result:

• The new infrastructure provides visibility into materials, sales, helping management rationalize a path for other cloud-based projects and has increased the overall sales along with higher customer satisfaction.
